In FS 2, qualified and experienced teachers work closely with children to focus on the acquisition of the skills in the above-mentioned areas, and they do so through the use of meaningful, relevant and interesting projects. These topics will ordinarily last for up to six weeks and will be decided upon bearing in mind the interests of students and topics of local and current relevance. Within each selected topic, teachers will plan learning to focus upon the areas within the five topics.
